Caseblocks build custom solution for CyberadAPT
Cyber adAPT Will Leverage Automation Technology Within Their Threat Detection Platform and Customer Life Cycle Management.
January 11, 2016 – Glasgow, Scotland and Half Moon Bay, Calif. – EmergeAdapt, creator of CaseBlocks, has created a custom client management solution for Cyber adAPT®, the leader in real-time network-based threat detection. CaseBlocks is a cloud-based business process automation platform helping organizations tackle multifaceted business processes. The collaboration ensures Cyber adAPT’s ability to scale its business with seamless management of their full customer lifecycle, in addition to EmergeAdapt gaining market advantage by enhancing their product from client feedback and the collaborative development of new features.
The partnership began as a result of Cyber adAPT’s need for a solution to manage the complex process of onboarding new customers onto their threat detection platform. After a market survey in 2015, Cyber adAPT selected CaseBlocks, to provide a custom solution that would manage and control post-sale installation and customer support for their malicious threat solutions.

It was selected for its low code approach, allowing custom process automation solutions to be created and updated rapidly in the cloud by Cyber adAPT.

By direct integration with other Cyber adAPT systems, end-users will have quick access to data on the customer, their products, and all individual customer activity. During adoption, Cyber adAPT will take on more of the customization activities to help keep the ongoing cost of change low and the speed of change high.
