Caseblocks is a software manufacturer based in Scotland, UK. We are dyed-in-the-wool technologists, who’ve been building customer-facing and back-office solutions for decades.

Our mission today is the same as the day we started business. We wanted to have fun helping organisations improve operational performance using technology and we knew that doing the right things efficiently, is a foundation for success.

We also recognise the uniqueness in every organisation. That’s why flexibility is built-in. Caseblocks can adapt to any workflow and integration scenario. Claims is a major focus because we can digitise our IP into more compelling solutions, and claims just suits the platform. Artificial Intelligence has changed the game for commercial software developers. Machine learning and natural language processing allow us to introduce simplicity and productivity gains to our end-user, the case-worker. Natural language, or conversational, interfaces have the potential to completely change how humans interact with online data and services.
